Leaf Silhouettes

Hi Everybody,

I'm excited to be posting for the first time for Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps.  If you aren't familiar with this company and I think most people are, HERE is a link to the online shop.  There is currently a 20% off overstock sale going on.

The stamp set I used for today's card is called Leaf Silhouettes and HERE is a link to it.   Isn't this a great set??  I love the bold leaves and fabulous sentiments.  You can pull out all of your pretty fall ink colors and really see them on these stamps. 

I started out by stamping a whole bunch of leaves in all different colors of inks and then I cut out with coordinating dies (only the stamp set is available at this time).  I also cut out leaves with the smaller dies in different color card stock.  I used 2 dies on the card as a frame. I embossed the sentiment with Brutus Monroe Copper Embossing Powder.  I used Gina K card stock. Pop dots give the leaves a little dimension.  I finished it off by adding a few brown glitter enamel dots and used some natural twine.  This was a really fun set to use.  

The September new releases are going to be coming out very soon so stay tuned.  

I hope I inspired you to make some Fall cards. I love Fall colors so I have alot of fun with card during the Fall through Thanksgiving season.
