Blog Hop with Gracielle Designs and Paper Temptress

Hi Everybody,

Today is my first post as a designer on the Graciellie Design Team. I am so excited for you to see the new release!  The Graciellie Design Team and Paper Temptress Design Team are collaborating to show you beautiful projects for inspiration.  On 8/2, the Graciellie Design Team will be having a new release blog hop. There will be PRIZES so I hope you'll join us and just leave a comment on each blog for a chance to win.

Click this link to go to the Graciellie Design shop.  You will find beautiful flower stamp sets, which I love of course because I love to use flowers on my projects, as well as birds, butterflies, fruit and vintage style stamps.  There are also beautiful digital papers and SVG's located in the shop.

This is a preview of the Magnolia Dreams new release. Look at that beautiful flower stamp!  You can make it as large or small as you want and do the same with the sentiments.  There are SVG's that can be used as is because they are already set up for an A2 card, square card, 5x7 card and a border.  They cut out perfectly for me using the Silhouette.  Then, of course, there is the digital paper pack and the assorted card stock collection from Paper Temptress, made especially for this new release by Graciellie Design.

Here is a link to the Magnolia Dreams Variety Package
found on the Paper Temptress site. (Ribbons also come with this pack)

There are so many gorgeous papers, I wanted to use them all!  I decided to use the Sunburst Technique so that I can show most of the papers without having to choose.  They all coordinate so well together.

I used a beautiful card stock from Paper Temptress called Azalea Mica/Metallic.  The white card stock layer is called Sweet Tooth Pop Tones 65# and this is a perfect layering weight.  I printed the digital papers on the white text weight paper included in the kit and was able to print two on each sheet. This paper is perfect for digital papers because it a thinner weight and will go through your printer with no problem at all and has a beautiful subtle sparkle as well.

The flowers and sentiment are from the Magnolia Dreams new release pictured above. Both of these were printed using a laser printer and then foiled with Decofoil Rose Gold Foil using a Minc Laminating Machine.  The flowers were cut out with a Scan n Cut and colored with Copic Markers. For the sentiment, I cut the bottom part off the die and popped it up with foam squares and then added a couple small clear sequins.

For those of you who currently use digital stamps, you can already appreciate the ability to make them any size you want.  If you are just starting to use digital stamps, you will soon find out how they allow you to use them on virtually any project by sizing accordingly.  Another added bonus to using digital stamps is they take up space on your computer, not in your craft room.

Please leave a comment on each blog for a chance to win the entire Magnolia Dreams Collection and two paper packs from Paper Temptress.  Three winners will be chosen.  Winners will be announced on 8/15.  Subscribe to Graciellie Design Blog to make sure you don't miss the winners. This blog is packed full of techniques, she is amazing with foil projects, which are so popular right now.

**Anyone who buys the complete Magnolia Dreams collection will get a Free Gift in their email.
