Mod Squad Challenge Birthday Sparkle

Hi everybody!

I was asked to host a challenge for the Mod Squad Challenge Blog, a challenge group over at Gina K Designs.  The challenge is to make a Birthday Card with Sparkle.  It doesn't matter what you use for sparkle.  You can use glitter, stickles, sequins, anything you want.  

The sponsor for this challenge is Sparkle N Sprinkle.  I used a set of birthday digi stamps called Birthday Friends.  This set comes in a set of stamps as well as digis.  

This is the card I made.  I wanted to just have fun with this one so I really sparkled it up!  I used five of the digis from this set on this card.  When you're in the mood to color, sit down and color up a bunch of these little birthday ladies and when you're ready for a birthday card, it will take no time at all.  This is a very fun stamp to color, lots of great detail.  I fussy cut the bottom of the digi to make it look like they are sitting at a table and I used patterned paper as the tablecloth and made it fancy along the side using the border dies.

Spellbinders Borderablities - A2 Bracket Borders One (I used 2 put together to make one)

Tim Holtz Distressed inks - Antique Linen Ink (sponged)

Stickles - Fruit Punch, Diamond and Crystal

Glossy Accents

Sakura Clear Star Glitter Pen

Sequins - Craft Medley by Creative Essentials

Twine from my stash - white and metallic gold
