Besties Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Sherri's Besties DT blog hop – we are all excited for this being our second hop and the projects we have to show you are fantastic.

Sherri has been creating her new Besties  for some time now and we are all delighted to see how popular they have become in the crafting world.

I used glossy accents to give dimension and make the umbrella, rain drops and puddle look wet.

Greeting:  My Favorite Things Umbrella Sentiments

Copic Markers

Spellbinders:  Petite Ovals and Scalloped Oval

Dies:  butterflies and vine flourish, Cheery Lynn

Ribbon:  Gina K Designs, white organza

Glossy Accents

Buttons: Mixed Greens, Gina K Designs, White, my stash

 Close up of sewing.  This is the first time I've ever sewn on a card.  If I can do it, anyone can because I don't even know how to sew.  It took me 2 hours to thread bobbin, needle, etc.  LOL!

I probably shouldn't show this but this is how I started.  lol
